Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 May 2026
1. Data Controller
The data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), other national data protection laws of EU member states, and any further data protection provisions is:
Kristina Kalinina Weinhauser Straße 45 81673 Munich Germany Email: hello@strategise.me2. General Information
Scope
This Privacy Policy informs you about the nature, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data (hereinafter “data”) within the scope of the services I provide and across this website.
General notes on data processing
The protection of your personal data is important to me. I process your personal data exclusively on the basis of statutory provisions (GDPR, German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), and the German Telemedia Act / Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act (TMG / TTDSG)). In this Privacy Policy I inform you about the key aspects of data processing carried out on this website.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider. Personal data collected on this website is stored on the servers of the hosting provider. This may primarily include IP addresses, contact requests, metadata and communication data, and any other data generated through a website.
The hosting provider for this website is:
Vercel Inc. 440 N Barranca Ave #4133 Covina, CA 91723 USAProcessing may also take place outside the European Union — in particular in the United States of America. Transfers to third countries are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the EU Commission of 10 July 2023) and, supplementarily, on the Standard Contractual Clauses of the EU Commission. Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The use of the hosting provider is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. I have a legitimate interest in providing my website as reliably as possible. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider.
4. SSL / TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content — such as enquiries you send to me as the operator of this website — this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can identify an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar. When SSL or TLS encryption is active, the data you transmit to me cannot be read by third parties.
5. Collection and Storage of Personal Data
Contact form
If you send enquiries to me via the contact form provided on this website, the following data is processed:
- Name
- Company (optional)
- Email address
- Selection of the desired service
- The content of your message
This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of handling your enquiry and any follow-up communication. No transfer to third parties takes place.
The legal basis for processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and — insofar as your enquiry is aimed at entering into a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal remains unaffected.
Contact by email
If you contact me by email, your enquiry, including any personal data resulting from it (email address, name, content), will be stored and processed by me for the purpose of handling your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Storage period
Your enquiry remains with me until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose of storage no longer applies (for example, after your enquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular commercial and tax-related retention periods — remain unaffected.
6. No Cookies
This website does not use any cookies. Neither technically necessary cookies nor cookies for analytics, marketing, or any other purposes are stored on your device.
7. No Analytics or Tracking Tools
This website does not use any analytics, tracking, or audience-measurement tools. In particular, no tools such as Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible, Meta Pixel, or comparable services are deployed. No profiling of your usage behaviour takes place.
8. Fonts (Self-Hosted)
This website uses the typefaces “Instrument Serif” and “DM Sans”. Both typefaces are served exclusively locally from the server of this website (self-hosting). No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external font service. Accordingly, when you visit this website, no data (in particular no IP address) is transmitted to Google or any other third party in order to load fonts.
This approach is in line with the requirements established by the judgment of the Munich Regional Court I of 20 January 2022 (case ref. 3 O 17493/20) regarding the data-protection-compliant integration of fonts.
9. Server Log Files
The provider of these pages (Vercel Inc.) automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These typically include:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing device
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with any other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the security of the website — for these purposes the server log files must be recorded.
10. Your Rights as a Data Subject
With regard to the personal data stored about you, you have the following rights:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Right to withdraw consent previously given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
To exercise these rights, an informal message to the contact details listed in section 1 above is sufficient.
11. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
Pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data. The supervisory authority with local jurisdiction for me is:
Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA) Promenade 18 91522 Ansbach Germany Telephone: +49 (0) 981 180093-0 Email: poststelle@lda.bayern.de Website: www.lda.bayern.de12. Currency and Changes to this Privacy Policy

Due to the further development of this website and its offerings, or due to changes in legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to amend this Privacy Policy.
